Apartmen Labu Rempah-Rempah

  • Campurkan kayu manis, pala, bunga pala, jahe, dan cengkeh menjadi satu dalam mangkuk.
  • Campurkan air hangat dan ragi dalam mangkuk mixer berdiri; aduk untuk melarutkan ragi. Aduk 1/2 gelas gula, 1/2 gelas mentega, labu, susu kering, dan garam. Tambahkan 2 sendok teh campuran kayu manis dan 2 ½ cangkir tepung. Kocok dengan kecepatan rendah selama 3 menit. Kocok tepung 2 1/2 gelas lagi secara bertahap. Uleni adonan sampai rata. Kerjakan tepung tambahan sesuai kebutuhan untuk membentuk adonan yang kaku.
  • Pindahkan adonan ke mangkuk besar yang diberi minyak. Tutup dan biarkan naik hingga dua kali lipat, sekitar 1 jam.
  • Memanaskan lebih dulu oven ke 350 derajat F (175 derajat C). Taburkan 1/2 cangkir kenari ke bagian bawah cetakan cincin 11 inci.
  • Tuang 3/4 cangkir mentega cair ke dalam mangkuk. Campurkan sisa 1 1/2 gelas gula ke dalam campuran kayu manis.
  • Bongkar adonan. Bagilah dan gulung menjadi bola 2 inci. Celupkan setiap bola ke dalam mentega cair, gulingkan dalam campuran gula-kayu manis, dan tempatkan di cetakan cincin di atas kacang. Lanjutkan ke adonan lapis, taburkan sisa 1/2 gelas kenari dan kismis di antara lapisan.
  • Panggang dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan sampai berwarna cokelat keemasan, 30 hingga 45 menit. Dinginkan dalam cetakan cincin selama 10 menit. Balikkan dengan hati-hati ke piring besar.

Notes :

  • Jika memungkinkan, gunakan cetakan cincin tanpa alas yang bisa dilepas, karena mentega bocor jika tidak tersegel dengan baik.
