1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni, cooked
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 (1.25 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
1 (24 ounce) jar RAGÚ® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce
1 (11 ounce) can Mexican-style corn, drained
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a large, deep casserole dish with cooking spray.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
While pasta cooks, melt butter in large, heavy-bottomed skillet; add onions and saute for 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
